SHIPPING POLICY

Herhairworld ships worldwide via UPS / DHL / USPS / FedEx / Royal Mail.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing Time

The processing time is the time we need to process your shipment after we receive your order and physically dispatch it. It is usually 3 business day.

Please note that the processing time may be longer if your personal shipping info is wrong, or your address undeliverable, or other unexpected issues come up. In that case, we will contact you within 24 hours.


* Shipping Time may vary due to unexpected factors, such as bad weather, public holidays, covid or other disease policies, etc. We appreciate your kind understanding for any possible inconvenience.

About Tax

  1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the customer.
  1. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
  1. The buyer need to pay for the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

About Shipping Insurance Fee

  1. You can purchase a Shipping Insurance Fee to get a faster re-shipment and refund if your package is lost, stolen, damaged in transit with a courier within 30 days.
  1. If your order is refunded before shipment, the insurance cost will be refunded to your original payment account. In other cases, the insurance cost may not be refunded.

Additional Notes

  1. The local logistics deliver packages on business days (Mon. - Fri.). Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, please provide your shipping address in which you can receive the package on workday. Please make sure your phone is on because the shipper might contact you via phone.
  1. Some shipping services may need the customer's signature to complete the delivery. If we ship the package to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or an authorized person are at the delivery address.


RETURN POLICY

Herhairworld believes that every woman deserves to look and feel her best, and we are dedicated to providing women with the best possible hair experience. If you have any problems with your purchase, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. We will make it our priority to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Care team within one hour of placing order. CANCEL MY ORDER.
Please note that we are not able to process cancellation once the order has been shipped.

Order Returns
We are pleased to accommodate exchanges and returns of unused wigs within 30 days upon receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the wig must be in its original condition, with the hair uncut, unwashed, unbleached, color unchanged, and the lace remaining untouched (without any cutting or secondary trimming).
Please note that wigs are personal items that directly touch the scalp and we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our customers. Therefore, we are unable to accept used wigs for return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. Providing additional details, such as the reasons for returning and any relevant pictures, will help us expedite the process.
2. Our representative will provide the return address after your return request is approved.
3. We will process your refund within 2 business days after returned item(s) is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. NEED TO RETURN.

Note: Please contact our team first to obtain the return address. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund.

Order Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different item, please follow the same return process above. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after your exchange request is approved.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you within 3 business days. NEED TO EXCHANGE.


*Refunds will be issued through the original payment channel. If the card used for the purchase has expired or is no longer valid, please contact the card issuer for assistance.

Repair Service
We are happy to offer a repair service for Herhairworld wigs that require fixing due to non-human damage. Repair service is now available for orders within 90 days from the date of receipt. Here is how you can initiate the repair process:
1. Please contact us to submit a repair request. Pictures or videos are required so our staff can asses the feasibility of repair.
2. We will provide the mailing address once your repair request is approved. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost.
3. The repair time will take up to 30 days to complete. However, please note that in some cases, additional time may be required after evaluation. We will return your wig as soon as the repair work is finished. NEED TO REPAIR.
